Have a look online, where you can find a huge assortment of poles, instructional DVD’s, and even pole dancing kits.
It might be wise to take a few classes before making a commitment. While many women find it great fun, it isn’t for everyone. If it is a routine that you feel you would like to stick to, and even get a pole for your home, make sure you choose a good quality one, as you will sometimes be using your full weight on the pole.
